Sian is the CEO of Public Rally, an agency dedicated to building world class communities. She is also the founder of Bountifull, a fledgling media company devoted to bringing people joy and knowledge of all things garden and pasture to plate. In this episode she shares how she built a life and career in line with her values and passions, along with tips on how you can do the same. She dives into the importance of community building and how those learnings have helped her launch a global media company.
